Take any other action in accordance with this AUP, the applicable service agreement, or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

Sparta Science expressly disclaims any obligation to monitor its users with respect to violations of this AUP. Sparta Science has no liability or responsibility for the actions of any of its users or any content they may post on our website.

8. Reservation of rights

Sparta Science reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities in investigations of illegal activity involving our service and users. Sparta Science reserves all other rights to respond to violations of this AUP to the extent of applicable law and in accordance with any contractual obligations.
